I am Alyssa Evelyn Photography!
I am a Northwest Indiana lifestyle photographer capturing love stories & families. I love to involve nature in my shoots every chance I get so lets run around a field together. If it involves grassy fields, plants or the beach I am in! While I focus on couples, small families & maternity, I love capturing everything in-between. Having a cohesive portfolio is very important to my brand, so I focus on all things neutral & earth-tone. I'm a sucker for beige, brown and black as well as pops of rust, yellows & greens.
I live in NWI with my little family. I am happily married to my husband Tyler, who I have been with for over seven years. We have two sweet little boys, Alarik Alexander & Kierin Kole. We adore being boy parents. I am also a fur mama to two cats named Oliver & Cleo.
I graduated college in 2018 at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and have my BFA in Fashion Design. Photography came into my life after becoming a mother. I am completely self taught but constantly taking the opportunity to learn more!
You will see Tyler from time to time. We are a husband wife duo for weddings and occasionally seen at sessions.
Besides photography, Tyler is a huge PC gamer. He actually really wants to develop his own game. He has skills in coding, building computers, and overall is extremely well at solving problems.
He is a father to our two boys, which are his pride and joy. He loves playing outdoors with our boys, especially basketball.
I cannot express how lucky I am to have him by my side for weddings and could not imagine anyone else being by my side.

You read that right. I am a momma too! I know exactly how important it is to capture our little ones. Best part is I also know how tough pictures can be on them too, so those in-between moments are the best. Honestly they always end up being my favorites, them just being them.
